We are bound to comply with the stipulations embodied in the Data Protection Act 1984 and as amended by the Data Protection Act 1998 and therefore have the technical, physical and organisational procedures in place to ensure compliance with this Act.

Confidentiality

Design to Print has for many years now worked with a large number of prestigious organisations in respect of meeting their data processing and mailing fulfilment needs.

All our Contracts of Employment contain a Security and Confidentiality Clause in respect of client work. All data files are stored within a secure area on our internal servers. With automatic back up or deletion systems, all waist is automatically shredded before recycling.
